I've looked at some recipes, and I'm prepared to make it. But the only way to store it is in the refrigerator and we only have microwaves... I was going to stuff halved bell peppers and serve those.
Would it taste okay cold? Can I microwave a big plate of roasted bell peppers stuffed with paella?
