Duration: 6 days & on and off for 6 months or so.

My face and hands feel like I've just gotten out of a pool and then walked into a refrigerator. Or like my bones are made of ice and the cold is radiating into my skin. My fingers feel cold to the touch but my face feels warm. Sometimes it also tingles. It's worst on the left side of my face (on my left cheek close to my nose, the corner of my mouth, and my nose). It's also worse in my right hand than my left (I'm right handed if that's relevant).
Any insights you can give me would be awesome. Thanks in advance.
