Simple High Protein Ice Cream (3 ingredients)
Ingredients:

5 scoops whey protein powder

400g yogurt
-
1 frozen banana (or any frozen fruit)
Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender container. Put lid on tightly. Blend until smooth

Place the mixture in a bowl and put it in the refrigerator.

Take it out after 40-50 minutes and stir. Repeat this action 2-3 times.
Macros depend entirely on whey/yogurt/amount of fruits used. My rough calculations:
- Calories - 900-1100
- Protein - 110-140
- Carbs - 50-100
- Fats - 1-10
