We have just moved into a new flat, and in the contract and all our discussions it was clearly stated it comes with a fitted kitchen (EBK). However, we moved in today and saw there is no refrigerator. The Hausmeister (from whom we got the keys) was not very communicative, so we want to take it up with the landlord.
Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know if it's legal to exclude a fridge from the fitted kitchen?
I found this from Munich (http://ift.tt/1nfmXhX) and wondering if it applies to Berlin, but want to try the route of a friendly-but-stern email first.
