I have for the past 7 days tried to make a starter, but seeing as I am somewhat retarded I misread the instructions and have had it in the refrigerator this whole time.
The dough is still flat, and is not showing any bubbly activity but has however developed a somewhat sour aroma.
Do I need to throw this starter out, and start from the beginning, or can I simply place my starter outside the fridge and save it?
