Copy of Silpo Yogurt Cake. I tried to make it as healthy as cake can be :) recipes

First time I tried this cake a few years ago at the supermarket coffee area. And fall in love with it. There was one minus about it it. Very expensive.

When I started to look for the recipe online...I could not find anything that would remind this cake..and decided to "try" to create it by myself. And here we are. Taste is exactly the same, but cost is much cheaper. Hope you will like it.

Instructions:

We need to make 2 biscuits

combine eggs with sugar. Place it in bain-marie and mix it until all sugar melts.

take it off and start whipping with mixer. add baking powder, vanilla sugar, flour and yogurt. Mix it.

grease cake form with a piece of butter, move our dough into it. bake it for 30 min (360 F)

Preparing our cream

combine yogurt with sugar

mix it well

prepare your fruites. wash, pill, cut.

when biscuits are ready, cut them in the middle like burger buns

take a top of biscuit aside and return the bottom of it into the form.

grease it with yogurt.

place another piece of biscuit on top of it. grease it with yogurt again.

and place the final top of our biscuit.

decorate cake with fruits

mix one pack of jello with 1 tsp of gelatin and 1,5 of hot water.

mix until it all melts and pour it out on top of your cake.

do the same with the second pack of jello.

send it to the refrigerator or some cold place for an hour or so. when you will get back to it, you will see that no jello left on top. Don't panic.

prepare another pack of jello and pour it out on top of your cake. This time it will stay there.

you can make as many layers of jello as you want. may use different flavors. Make sure that one layer is completely set before you make another one.
