My husband absolutely loves lamb, and we've got at least a pound of it in our refrigerator waiting to be cooked. We've done lamb meatballs with tzatziki and jasmine rice as well as lamb burgers, but I'd love to hear if you all have any recommendations for a good weeknight recipe to try. We're willing to try pretty much anything!
