Hello, I used to own a business a grocery store, my electricity bill was always astronomically high but I never questioned it because I had a lot of refrigerators. Before my lease ended I sold the store, when he saw the astronomical electrical bill he had someone come and take a look and he found out that the landlord was siphoning electricity, he confronted the land lord and he admitted it. Is there anyway I could recoup the money I lost? Thank You
