Nice room in spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom Townhouse located between Kendall and Central Squares in the Port (previously known as Area IV). The bedroom has nice closet space. Rent is $1200 per month. First month's rent and security deposit ($1200) will be required. Utilities (gas, electricity, high speed internet, tv with cable, netflix, hulu) are split evenly.

Townhouse Features: Large living room with Bay Windows, Hardwood floors throughout Large dining room Gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and disposal. Washer and dryer in unit. Alarm system Backyard (Garden plot available if you are interested) There is ample street parking available. As a cambridge resident, you can get permit parking.

The townhouse is located right across the street from 2 parks. We are equal distance from Kendall and Central and Inman Squares. We are very close to the Longfellow Bridge, so just a hop, skip and jump to Boston. Harvard Square is also close the other way. I probably don't have to mention all the great restaurants and shops in the area. Star Market is about a half mile. Kendall Square theater is a few blocks away.
