Mangrove Jack's M44 shows almost no activity 72h after pitch Homebrewing

Hi!

Did my first all grain last sunday (Pale Ale, OG 1.058) and pitched 'Mangrove Jack's M44' when the wort had cooled down to about 18°C (a little too cold... it was my first time using a wort chiller). Got the temperature up to 20°C a few hours later.

I pitched it dry, as I have seen it done in many homebrewing videos. Usually I rehydrate but this time I had enough to do with the all graining so I thought why not...

Yeast had been in the refrigerator for a couple of weeks and I got it out about half an hour before I pitched it.

So... 72h have gone by and there ist almost no activity in the fermentor... what to do? Give it a a swirl with the mash paddle? Pitch a new yeast?

Ideas?
