Luxury problem! Sudden long nights ... harmful for supply or boobs? breastfeeding

So suddenly my 13 week old LO decided it's time to let mommy sleep, so he now makes stretches of 5 to 7 hours in one go, after which he will drink from only one boob and sleep a few hours more.

That means that the other boob goes without being emptied for almost 10 or 12 hours sometimes. I'm not a doctor, but I'm pretty sure boobs can't actually explode. Can it hurt the milk ducts somehow though, being that engorged for that long? And does this harm my supply?

I'm building a stock so I'm thinking of just pumping at night, although I'm usually tired enough to sleep through the discomfort/pain. If I do so, do I need to freeze it right away or can I wait till the morning? The bedroom is quite cool, although obviously not refrigerator/freezer cool.
