I'm looking for a tenant to replace me because I am moving in with my boyfriend April 1st. It is the master bedroom up for rent, with a large closet and full private bathroom. The monthly rent is $933.33 plus internet and electricity (around $30 a month total). The room is in excellent condition and has a big window that catches lots of sunlight during the day. The house is shared with two other housemates who are young professionals that are very quiet and often out of the house. There is a main living room with hardwood floors throughout and a tiled kitchen with a large granite countertop, stove, new refrigerator and lots of cabinets. The apartment also has a patio to go out and enjoy the breeze. It's a very quiet street we live on with a school right next door and within close walking distance of a Ralph's, Oldfields, Bigfoot West, Venice Bakery and lots of other restaurants. Our neighbors in the apartment complex are very friendly and respectful. There is carport parking that is alternated between the housemates, meaning you would have 2 weeks in the garage and then 1 week parking on the street - I have never had any issues finding street parking right next to the house. It is nearby the metro and lots of bus stops as well.
We are looking for an easy-going, friendly person to take my room; somebody who is reasonably neat, doesn't throw huge ragers, and doesn't smoke. As I said above, the two housemates (one male and one female, both in their 20s) are nice and low-key people who keep to themselves.
