I want to make fried rice today but I didn't let rice sit overnight... Cooking

How can I speed up the drying/cooling process since I didn't let it sit? Rice was made about 45 minutes ago and I plan on making dinner around 7-8 tonight.

Update - Thanks guys, I took your advice and spread the rice thin on a cookie sheet in the refrigerator. Dinner came out great!
