Put extra cilantro in a glass of water in the refrigerator to make it stay fresh. Frugal

The store usually sells more than you need, so I used to have much of it go bad before it could be used. It stays good for almost 2 weeks before you you need to change the water. Then it will stay longer. I put a gallon bag over the whole thing. It looks silly, but it works.
