Long time lurker, first time posting, please be gentle. It's almost a month until vacation but I'm absolutely TERRIFIED! I'm going camping, like rustic style in the middle of nowhere primitive tent camping for 2 weeks.
I have a plan for some exercises (core workout stuff, hiking, and if I'm feeling brave- jogging?) but the whole camp food has me nervous.
Help! Do I take my scale? I won't have ANY kind of Internet or cell signal so I can't even log my food or look up calories. I'm trying to do meal planning now, but won't have a refrigerator and the stuff needs to be shelf stable or last in a cooler. Any suggestions??? Thanks!
