I recently got a 630G about 4 weeks ago. Last week it started acting up, it would stop working and give me a "rewind required" for no reason. To clear the error I would have to rewind, reset the reservoir, and prime the pump. This continued and often times happened 5+ times a day.
I called medtronic, they sent me a new pump but now it's happening again. Not nearly as frequently, but still unnecessarily.
Has anyone else had this problem with this pump model?
Edit: if anyone is reading this, I called medtronic again and they're going to send me a 3rd pump.
Apparently it was the right place at the right time kind of scenario because their supervisor's supervisor was walking by. He was very intrigued, they've never seen this happen before and are still working on failure messages so they're going to be following up with me. The error I'm getting is associated with magnets so let's hope this doesn't mean my pump will fail whenever I walk past a refrigerator magnet ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
