So my GF and I got a roommate a few months back, and he recently got a GF who's been coming over. She just graduated high school, and technically still lives with her parents, but for the last few weeks she's slept over every night, she parks her car here, she comes here directly after work I assume, she may be using the washer and dryer, and she is definitely using the refrigerator and kitchen appliances.
My GF and I pay $800 per month for rent, while my roommate only pays $400, and we split other bills evenly. We told him before he moved in, if someone else starts to live with him we will all be pay $600 per month as that's fair. Currently his GF is here just as much as my GF.
On the other hand, I don't want to make them think that we don't like her being here or mind it. They are both generally nice people, I just don't like the idea of being taken advantage of though they may not be intending to do that. I imagine if my GF didn't live here, I'd want her over as much as possible so I can understand, but at what point is it unfair to myself and my GF?
Edit: She may be over a lot recently because her dad is out of town, I don't think she's told her dad she has a boyfriend, but her mom knows she's here every night, for the past 3 weeks or so. They've been dating maybe a month or so now
tl;dr: Roommate's GF is here a lot, roommate pays half as much rent as OP and GF, but is supposed to pay the same amount if someone else moves in his room.
