Hello, all! My friend and I (One male and one female) are looking for a roommate in Torrance. We are looking to move into a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Torrance (first floor) and are looking for someone to move into the other bedroom.

Comes with: Refrigerator Dishwasher Onsite laundry There are only two parking spots, we can negotiate this later since there will be 3 tenants. No pets! (Sorry!)

$600 per person + Utilities

We are looking for someone who: -Pays rent on time -Doesn't bring drama -Isn't too loud -Is respectful of other tenants -Good credit
