My kitchen has kind of an open floorplan--the refrigerator and oven are up against one wall, there's a counter with cabinets against another wall, and there's an L-shaped counter facing the other two walls, with one wall along its far-side. There are doorways/walkways separating each area.
My question is, if I wanted to do a satin or semi-gloss paint along the wall with the appliances, and a matte finish paint on the rest of the walls, will it look weird? Should I paint the semi-gloss/satin finish on all the kitchen walls?
