Refrigerator Drawing too much Electricity? Appliances

We moved into a new house last month and received our first electric bill and it was sky high. We've figured out that the old owners swapped out appliances before selling the house (a different battle) with ones that are old. For a few days we went around unplugging things and checking the meter reading to see what was drawing the most power.

We narrowed it down the fridge. Unplugging the fridge brought our usage from 1.95kWh/hour down to 1.05kWh/hour. This fridge is on track for using 7500+kWh in the year, costing us somewhere north of $100 per month on our electric bill. It's a ~10 year old fridge (I'm guessing based on the model and style - french door, ice maker & water on the door)

So, what do we do? What is causing the increase in power usage? The fridge stays cold, isn't hot in any spots, we've dusted and vacuumed around it and it had no impact on the power draw. Any advice or help would be appreciated.
