I'm sure something like this exists, but I'm looking for hardware/plans for building some sort of slide out then pull down insert for an upper level cabinet in my kitchen. I have a 9.5inch wide cabinet that's worthless for anything other than spices, but unfortunately, it's also difficult to see what's all in there. I want to build a slide out insert for that cabinet but I also want it on some sort of pull down mechanism so I can slide it out, then pull it down closer to eye level so my wife and I can get stuff in/out much easier.

Does something like this exist? Are there hardware items I can piece together to accomplish this?
I'm not opposed to making/engineering something myself, but someone has to have made this before! Any advice/ideas would be welcome!
