All employees in all levels of all corporations of all conglomerates must recieve a minimum of 90 days vacation (automation can work for you)
These conglomerates have fostered competition and innovation on a scale many thousands of times of our whole world.

There is massive international trade between the Western republic and the sino-korean-japanese empire and the South American corporation. None between the people's republic of africa and the Soviet federation of Russia (as you could guess, a Soviet Union incarnation. After the gang of eight revolt was successful in this alternate timeline)or the two Islamic dictatorships that exist in 2374, still being a pretty good bad guy for my story.
