Going to try my first batch tomorrow and was curious if anyone has ever used a refrigerator for storage during fermentation? I have D47 yeast and have heard that it does well with temps in the 60's, and was thinking I could set my spare refrigerator that has nothing else in it to a consistent 60*. Anyone ever tried that before?
