GE gshs6lgbbhss refrigerator rusting from inside. I think it's from condensation. How to take apart water dispenser plastic panel? fixit

I have a GE gshs6lgbbhss refrigerator and it looks like there's rust coming out of the water dispenser area. Note that there doesn't seem to be rust near the water dispenser tube itself, just in the recessed area. From what I see, the rust is coming from above. I think there's some metal parts there..maybe a solenoid for the ice maker (turned off since I bought the fridge). What I think is going on is that there's normal condensation during the summer from the air in my house and the cool air around the fridge. That condensation is leading to rust. The problem is, as you can see from the pic of the entire fridge, all the components are "flush". I have no idea how to take apart the plastic drink dispenser area to get to the metal parts behind it. If I was able to I'd clean the rust up and put some waterproof grease on the metal. I'm willing to take suggestions on this gameplan as well, lol. :)

Also note that none of the stainless steel exterior is rusting.
