HP 350 G1 laptop / Windows 10 / splash screen techsupport

This is a minor problem but it bothers me. I can't find a way to address it in Control Panel, and I don't know whether I can change it in a driver or some other hardware setting.

I am running the latest W10 updates on my HP 350 G1 laptop. About 2 months ago I started getting occasional variations on the splash screen display, at first with a query, "Like what you see? We have more!" I did, so I responded yes. It looked like the image was then set to change monthly, with no further input from me needed.

The splash screen has now been stuck for a month on an image that looks like (a) pond scum (b) a culture in a petri dish or (c) something I left in the refrigerator way too long. I would like to change it.

Can I change it? How? Is it an HP thing or a W10 thing? Thanks.
