Here's the problem.... I have a Whirlpool refrigerator I purchased in August of 2010, in December of 2012 the compressor went out. I had it repaired in January of 2013, now in less than five years of owning the refrigerator the compressor has gone out again. I've contacted Whirlpool and even left a message on their Facebook page politely expressing my displeasure with the fact their refrigerator's compressor has gone out twice in less then five years. I'm completely frustrated with Whirlpool right now and their lack of customer service. When I contacted them they said my only options for their help would be to purchase another extended service plan ($370) or they'll sell me a new refrigerator similar to my model for a price more expensive then what I could get it for on my own. Are there any other actions I could take to have this problem resolved in a manner other than buying a new refrigerator or taking one of Whirlpool's options?
TL; DR Whirlpool frig is broken again, their help options are not acceptable
