So, we all know that the Destiny Red Bull cans are no longer 7-Eleven exclusive, BUT 7-Eleven has a new offer that I'm assuming is still exclusive to them. When I purchased a few this morning, I saw this poster for the first time:
This one was posted on the drink refrigerator inside, but there was another, larger one posted outside next to the original promotional poster. The bottom right corner says "Post By: 7/29/15," so you can see that this is indeed new.
Basically, if you download the official 7-Eleven app on your phone and create an account, you're given a rewards barcode that the person behind the register person can scan when you make the purchase. The way it sounds, you're given an additional Focused Light for every two cans of the Destiny Red Bull you buy. This is actually pretty cool because they're discounted in 2s, so buying 4 gives you a net of 6 Focused Lights.
I was unable to test for myself because I didn't have the app and then didn't realize that the scan happens at the register, not on your own through the app.
EDIT: Info from /u/Enzd that I didn't include in the original post: "For anyone who will be using this, keep in mind that your code is emailed to you (so don't block email communication) and that it can take up to 36 hours to get the bonus code."
