I just moved in to my apartment and purchased a stackable washer/dryer. The unit is a 220, but the outlet provided is a 110. Changing out the socket to accommodate the plug isn't an issue, but the unit uses 30 amps and the breaker in the apartment is a 2 pole 20 20 amp 120/240V (thin). I was wondering if a 20 30 breaker exists or maybe someone knows of a better way for me to approach fixing this problem? Edit: I've tried some research but couldn't find much. Also, I say 20 30 because the refrigerator runs on the 20 amp.
