So we live in North Port, Florida. Purchased our home in 2015 for 95k. A realtor did a rough estimate on its value recently and said 125-130k now. We added a privacy fence in the backyard. Painted the exterior. Replaced the old refrigerator. Added a washer and dryer unit. Rescreened the lanai with the proper screens.
The Atlanta Braves are moving their teams spring training home to North Port. It is going 4 miles from where we live. It is said to cost 100 million and 40 million coming from local tax payers money.
I would assume this would increase the value of our home correct? Should we want for them to break ground before we sell our home? We reall want out of this place lol.
