Weird noise from freezer compartment in refrigerator appliancerepair

Hi guys,

Using a Hisense refrigerator (Model HR6TFF350). Refrigerant type: R600a(52g) and insulation blowing gas: cyclopentane.

started hearing these weird noises (refer to video link below). is there something wrong? or is it perfectly normal? it was my first time noticing these "sputtering" sounds.
