Refrigerator ice chute flap doesn't shut. How do I access it? appliancerepair

I've got a Kenmore Coldspot 106.50023 211 that has a lot of frost buildup near the ice maker. When I looked down the dispensing chute, I noticed that the flap is not closing all of the way. I'm trying to figure out how to access this chute to see if something just popped out or if it needs replacing.

Everywhere I've found online that describes removing the front panel says that there are two obvious slots to use a flat head screw driver to pop it off. I cannot find these on my model.
