Long story short, I bottled a batch right before I went on vacation and asked my mother to put them in the refrigerator about a week after I left. She did, but 3 of them grew scoby's, and she didn't realize it. So they have been refrigerated for about 2 weeks now. Do you think they are still viable? Or should I just get rid of them?
