Private bathroom with a vanity, bath tub/shower, and storage space is adjacent to bedroom.
About the apartment: The apartment is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom with a split floor plan and is located on the 3rd floor of a 5-story building. Apartment includes an in-unit washer/dryer, Nest thermostat, and faces east overlooking the building's landscaped courtyard with more than 3,000 square feet of greenery and open space. The apartment has hardwood floors in the kitchen/living room, carpet in the bedrooms, and tiles in the bathrooms. The living/dining room space is fully furnished with everything you need to lounge around and relax during your free time. The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, dish washer, gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, rice cooker, blender, and plenty of storage space. It is also fully equipped with kitchenware.
The apartment is a clean, well-maintained, and positive space. It feels homey and is a place to unwind after work. You can find me cooking, watching TV or just lounging around when I am home. I love to be social, go out, and have friends over from time to time. However, it is not a space meant for large parties.

The building has 91 residences and is inspired by the surrounding neighborhoods- elegant and edgy.
