I'm a MMJ patient (Crohn's) and have been trying different types of absorption (tinctures, oils, some edibles) but what has given me consistent relief is vaping.
I have an Arizer Extreme Q and S&B Mighty that I alternate use of.
I find the Extreme Q only satisfactory and not very efficient with low doses. The stock balloons take tape to keep from leaking and 'elbow' packing even with a good pre-heat on all the glass doesn't transform the quality as some would say.
The Mighty is excellent (I have no point of reference), but I find it's maintenance tedious. I keep the device as clean as I can because I feel that's how it functions best (am I wrong? is an oily, gunked up vape less potent?)
I'm looking for two vapes to replace them.

A strong desktop mod that will produce the most potent/efficient extraction (waste not, want not - I save my avb). Portability isn't a concern unless it's the size of a refrigerator.

An upgrade to the Mighty (stronger, as portable, possibly easier to clean).
