My husband is a construction worker and spends literally all of his time outside sometimes up to 16hrs a day. He has no access to a microwave or refrigerator and typically needs things he can eat with one hand or while driving because he literally has no time to eat most days. He takes an insulated lunchbox but even with several ice packs things usually don't stay cold past mid -day and are usually pretty hot by the end of the day. His job also is very physical so he needs to eat quite nutritionally dense foods throughout the day to keep up.
I can't really find any meals for keto that don't need to be refrigerated. And all the snack type keto foods that I've found that could survive in his cooler aren't really big enough to keep him full for very long.
Any suggestions on keto meals that can survive the summer heat, can be eaten without reheating, and are actually filling?
