Hey everyone, So everything went fine during the two week fermentation. I have a temperature controller that took care of the monitoring. I then cold crashed to 45°F for 3 weeks. I bottled and used a bottling bucket and used "Cooper's Carbonation Drops". I left the beers in the refrigerator I used to ferment and cold crash (without the temperature controller). A month later, I have flat beer. Did I kill my yeast during the bottling process with the cold refrigerator temperature? What did I do wrong?
