I am a property manager. My tenant left a 2 years ago. Since then, the power was turned off. I recently plugged it back in and the fridge just doesnt work. I had to clean it out because it was really moldy. I check the electrial outlet with an electric current detector pen and the then placed the pen next to the condenser and it shows there is electricity. Im not sure how else to trouble shoot. To hire a guy to fix it would cost too much also.
