My 4 yr old Kenmore Elite Refrigerator only cools to ~44 Degrees DIY

This is my last ditch effort before I head to the store and buy a new refrigerator.

I've had a local repair guy, and Sears Home Repair out to my house around 7 times since October. They just gave me a refund for most of my money, which was cool, but my fridge still doesn't work. It's a really nice refrigerator, if I could just get it to be 6 degree cooler...

Technically, my "Sealed System" is still under warranty but they always said that was fine. I don't get how they can replace all of these parts, and the "Sealed System" works, and the fridge still not be cold enough. Freezer works like a charm.

Here are the parts I've replaced so far. Sears put two different boards on.
