I have a LG refrigerator model #ltcs20220s that doesn't seem to be getting cold enough. I'm not 100% sure if it's related or not but for the last few weeks we heard what sounded like a loud humming coming from the refrigerator and about two days ago everything in the freezer was melted and just barely cold.
I took the back panel off and saw what looked like a big block of ice. http://ift.tt/2gqPfUl. So I melted it all down. There was a little on the coils but not much, it was mostly in the upper part near all the tubes/wiring.
Two days later I checked again and the freezer was still not freezing and the area behind the freezer panel now looks like this: http://ift.tt/2gEMim2. Is there anything in those images that hints at a specific part being broken?
Thanks!
