I have been in this situation for a couple of weeks now, and it has resulted in my eating just horribly - going out for every meal, spending way too much and eating crappily.
Can you recommend a few healthy things that I can keep on hand that don't need a fridge or an oven? It's a very high-stress time for me, and all this poor eating is affecting my health.
