Power is on since both freezer and refrigerator lights are working. The fan in the freezer and the fan behind the back panel are spinning. I don't see a mechanical defrost timer to rotate. I don't have any equipment like multimeters. I've located the compressor but don't know how to tell if it's working or not.
Edit: Oh yea, the freezer coils are completely defrosted and it's been like this for 24 hours. It's been about 12 hours since I last unplugged it. There is no visible frost anywhere including three gap between the freezer and fridge.
