So, this small condo was our second home for around six years. Now it's our primary residence. Although it doesn't have a dishwasher, it was an unbelievable deal. We replaced the ancient Gibson and Goldstar appliances with Whirlpool (limited brand choice due to refrigerator slot). The mosaic backsplash was a temporary fix using SimpleMat. We replaced the formica counters with LG Hi Macs and Kohler sink and faucet. The linoleum was replaced with vinyl plank chestnut. The new backsplash is Merola Twenties vintage look tile. Lastly, I painted the soffit in orange. I am still getting used to the orange, but I think i'm very happy with the finished product.
