Signed lease, haven't moved in, many major damages in apartment. Is this breach of contract? legaladvice

I'm in Arizona. I signed a lease on 12/22 which took effect 12/23. Got to apartment on 12/23 and there was no doorknob on the front door and the area around the deadbolt is severely chewed up, like someone used a crowbar.

A doorknob was added to the door today, but the damage is still on the door.

Other damages include:

Front door:

damaged area by deadbolt, security risk

Kitchen:

Garbage disposal not working, makes very loud grinding sound

Cabinet doors askew or don't close

refrigerator doesn't get very cold

drawers loose and damaged with cuts, holes etc. Some fall down when opened.

Front bathroom:

needs doors for medicine cabinet

shower door needs handle

Master bath:

shower doors need a handle and currently won't open.

needs doors for medicine cabinet

toilet lids loose where connected to toilet

most tiles in shower are broken

master bedroom:

ceiling fan needs chain for light

closet doors fall off track when opened

all blinds:

slats are different sizes, many broken and facing in different directions

Can all this be considered a breach of contract? Or, what advice do you all have for me in this situation?
