So I was recently at my parents' and on their refrigerator, I saw a statement for a certificate of deposit, and a note with my name and social security number (?!?!?!) that said "add to account." I am a 33 year old and should not be listed on my parents' financial accounts! They have tried to do this in the past, saying I should be added to their savings account, but I thought they had given up on it. Is there anything I can or should be doing to make sure that they're not able to meddle with my finances having this information about me?
