Hey there guys and girls, after someone on /loseit posted that he lost like 120 lbs by doing keto, I decided I should put my scepticism aside and give keto a try, maybe it is not that bad/hard.
However, I maybe would need some help to start, especially some recipes would be nice. I have read the 6-Day Meal Plan, but have some issues with it. Like:
a) I don't want to buy bulk/prepare everything on one day
b) I only own a small refrigerator so I could not store it
c) I don't want to eat the same meals 6 days a week
d) I am a "bit" picky about things i eat and things i don't
Also I am german/european and have some trouble converting the english language and especially the measurement for cooking into something that makes sense for myself.
If someone of you could give me a interesting meal-plan for a week or so, I could try this keto-thingy out for some days/weeks. I would be really thankful if someone more experienced could give me a small jump start to get this stuff going.
