so I've got a few recipes of salad dressings that I make as needed.. However I was wondering if it would be possible to make bigger batches and then store them (in mason jars for example). What would the shelf life of these mixtures be if kept in the refrigerator? Is there anything that I can add to keep them preserved longer?
