I just mixed up a bottle of my Fruity Pebbles juice, and it's making my mouth numb. I thought it was the nicotine, but I only put 3mL(24mg/mL, 30mL bottle.) I've used all these flavors before, and haven't had this issue. I always double check my nic, because I've jolted myself before with way too much and it was terrible.
Could the nicotine have gone bad? I keep it in the refrigerator when I'm not using it, but it's 100%VG (first time DIYing, I didn't know better lol)
