I (28F) just took a job as a contract archaeologist- I'm on my feet hiking and digging holes anywhere from 4-10 hours a day, six days a week. I was previously working a 9-5 in my little cubicle of boredom. I had gained a bit of weight over the fall/winter (10-15 lbs), but dropped back down to 140ish prior to taking the new job. I had been comfortably eating around 1200 calories a day, and doing T25, yoga, and/or running each evening. Now I'm eating 2000+ and am really lucky if I have the energy to work out 2 times a week. I understand that my body needs the extra fuel, but I really want to optimize this situation to tone up and slim down a bit. Any tips?
EDIT I have no access to a refrigerator/microwave during the day, and limited kitchen appliances during the evenings and mornings.
