First time on this sub and the community seems really helpful so I thought I'd ask here. I apologize if this has been asked already the new reddit search UI has made it impossible to find things... I recently purchased a package of chicken breasts that I froze and then defrosted in the refrigerator. I'm only cooking for one (myself) so I'd like to know if refreezing some of that chicken is safe or will bacteria grow on it and make me sick? Thanks for your help!
