Colorado - Can my landlord keep my security deposit?? legaladvice

My landlord just returned my security deposit to me and withheld the majority of my deposit. The total deposit was $1,800 and they held all but $350. We lived in the single family residence for two years and have a dog who was charged pet rent up front when we signed our two year lease. Here is an itemization of what they are trying to hold:

Cleaners - $310 (We had our own cleaners go into the home before we moved out and WE cleaned the home ourselves, we know the whole house was clean)

Broken Ice Box in Refrigerator $140 - They claim we turned the freezer off, then turned it back on, causing the ice dispenser on an old refrigerator to break. Why would we turn our freezer off??

Patio Screen Door $28 - Seemed fine to me, I didn't see any scratches in the screen.

Holes dug by the dog in the yard $32 - The holes were in the dirt and only dirt was required to fill the holes

Maintenance Call - $65 - They had a handyman come out after we complained of the garbage disposal making a loud rattling sound. He ended up finding an old cherry pit lodged in one of the blades causing the rattle. They are billing us because there was no issue found.

4x6 Volt Batteries $6 - Not sure what these are for

The rest of the deposit was used for things like carpet cleaning and a broken tub door that I believe was incorrectly installed by the landlord. It broke and they charged us, not much we can do about that I suppose.

Any help is appreciated! We would like to send a demand letter for anything that we believe we should not have been charged for. If you experts believe we should have been charged for all of it, then we'll cash our small check and move on! Thanks in advance, Reddit!
